Our Salon Professionals will be spacing appointments out to minimize the number of clients in their suites, and all social distancing guidelines will be strictly followed.
All surfaces in the front entrance, hallways, restrooms and all other common areas will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected regularly, including doorknobs, light switches, desktop, handles, toilets, sinks and anything else that is commonly touched.
Any front desk employees and all Salon Professionals will be wearing gloves & masks. Salon Professionals may screen their clients' temperature upon arrival. Anyone experiencing a cough/respiratory symptoms will be asked to seek medical care immediately and require a physician's note to return to Phenix.
To avoid crowds and maintain social distancing, clients will need to text their Salon Professional upon arrival and wait outside until notified to enter. Clients will be required to wear a mask or face covering and use hand sanitizer while at Phenix. Clients will no longer we allowed to bring anyone to their appointments with them, including partners, children, friends and pets (American Disability Act animals are allowed, but emotional service animals are not).
