Phenix Salon Suites of Orange provides private upscale salon suites in a spa-like setting … and so much more! We have over 50 suites, ranging in size from 110 sqft up to 220 sqft. We were recently awarded "Phenix Salon Suites of the Year" and are home to an amazing community of Salon Professionals.
A luxurious ambiance greets all clients that walk in the door. With a dramatic water feature that set the mood, brilliant lighting and multiple seating areas, your clients will feel comfort around every corner.
Individual AC Units in every suite allows you to set the temperature just the way you - and your clients - like it. They also reduce your exposure to airborne viruses and bacteria since they do not recirculate air from other suites.
Affordability
All leases are month-to-month with no long-term leases to provide you with flexibility. Rent is due weekly.
Low lease rates help you keep your overhead down while keeping more profits for you.
All utilities included except for your phone, are included in your lease payment.
